This is my favourite summer smoothie drink. I’d like to share it with you.
It’s delicious and quick. Better still, it’s healthy because of its vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. The phytochemicals present should help in our diet because of their antioxidant, anti-inflammatory power and their capacity to boost the natural detoxification process.
For 1-2 servings:
1 soft mango
1 handful of fresh spinach (or Swiss chard or other leafy green vegetable)
Lemon juice (for more zing)
Naturally it’s best to use organic ingredients.
Preparation: Blend all the ingredients with 1 cup of water in a high-speed blender until they are smooth.
