We of course made a stop to the legendary Nikki Beach where all the ultimate jetsetters hang out, and then there is Cub 55, which takes its name from the year in which Roger Vadim filmed “And God Created Women” in St. Tropez. This film created two legendary French icons; Bridgette Bardot and the now infamous town of St. Tropez.
The sights and sounds are filled with monster yachts, mega diamonds, and masses of playboy millionaires. It is a place where money meets beauty and beauty meets money. The glory days were in the 50’s and 60’s but the local areas have had their own sort of Renaissance the last few years and it is again the number one see and be seen center of the earth in late July and early August.
