The sun was setting quickly, dropping like a stone, and I hurriedly built a mini-Hollywood set in the garden, ringing the pool in high-powered lights.
Sometimes I like using flash at sunset, it gives you the ability to freeze the action and get a crisp, dramatic effect. Check out my favorite shot from today's short session with Marketa high in the air above the diving board...an angel with hidden wings, 1000s of watts of luminescence aimed at her naked body in the pitch black night.
Not only was my camera was drawn to Marketa: the mosquitoes started buzzing around, hungry for some action…but don’t worry, I showered her in repellent before we started, so though she appeared attractive from a distance, they were put off the scent as soon as they drew closer. But doesn't that apply to most things in life though...and, as I forgot to use the spray on myself, the insects feasted that night on Viking flesh! All in a night's work!
good nite much more marketa tomorrow
